Dispatch

We do our best to deliver the order to you as soon as possible. We ship the Trunks within 2 to 3 working days when they are in stock. If your order is a pre-order, the expected delivery time is stated in the product description. If your order contains a pre-order and a product that is in stock, your order will be shipped as soon as all items are in stock. If there is a delay, we will inform you as soon as possible.

Orders (from €75) are shipped for free within The Netherlands and Belgium, Luxembourg and Germany.
The standard rate for orders under €75 is €6.50 for these countries.

The following shipping rates apply to other countries:

Countries within the EU Austria, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and also Monaco	€12,50

Delivery is via the postman or parcel delivery services of DPD, DHL or PostNL, depending on which party applies favorable rates and conditions for delivery at the destination.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return the product. You will then be refunded the full order amount. Only the costs for returning from you to the webshop are for your own account. These costs are usually around €7.50 per package, consult the website of your carrier for the exact rates.

If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to TREASURE TRUNKS with all accessories supplied and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us via info@treasuretrunks.nl. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registration of your return, provided the product has already been returned in good order.

Exception: Personalized items are custom made to the specification you entered. The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized products. The sale thereof is final after successful payment.
